In case you thought we were really mad at Can’t Get Rich blog, we actually simulated a fight to see if we could bring more traffic to both sites. If you feel you have been robbed, please consider laughing it off.

We were inspired by John Chow’s post on There Really Is No Such Thing As Bad Press.

I think we could have gotten more buzz off this simulated fight if more users got into it, but it seems like it had a mild effect so we will be trying something else in the future. Watch out for surprises!

What have we been working on lately?

After creating a lot of wiki sites with different prices, the OBW Team has learned a couple things:

1. Making people pay for a Wiki page gets more visitors to your Wiki site.

2. Paid Wikis can make your instant money within weeks unlike blogs. It’s an untapped niche market waiting to explode.

3. There’s more demand than supply, meaning there’s never going to be enough paid wiki sites to fulfill needs of advertisers and wiki lovers.

You can take a look at the number of negative comments on how people don’t want more paid wiki sites at John Chow, yet we hit record sales for both the QuarterWiki and the One Buck Wiki for that day.

4. There’s a whole category of niche paid wiki sites that can be made starting from Art to Zoo wikis.

Q. What are we doing about it?

A. We are going to make an E-Book that shows you how to make a paid wiki site from scratch and sell it for a small fee. It will also explain in detail how to incorporate SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to your Wiki site by hacking some of its core files.

Q. What are we charging money for it?

A. People in general perceive more value when they have to pay for it. If it’s free, no one cares. This analogy can be compared to our Wiki on Zedomax.com. It’s a simple free Tech Wiki with PageRank of 4 yet over the last year and half, not a single soul has taken advantage over the free wiki. We will be converting that wiki into a paid wiki to experiment if that will bring more visitors and interest.

A lot of people have Wikis already. Instead of installing CAPTCHAs or other annoying spam-filtering devices, you can convert it into a money making machine. By doing so, you will get more interest and visitors at the same time preventing spam completely.

The advantage of converting an exisitng Wiki Site?

If you have a Wiki site with a PageRank of 4 or higher, you will be able to sell pages right off the bat. Why? Simply because the pages already have a value from SEO standpoint.

Yey, we finally figured out how to make some nice looking templates while fiddling with out newest creation, EntreWiki.com, the future home of Money Making Business Ideas for Entrepreneurs and alike.  We still have 4 free pages left so if anyone wants it, you know where to go!

We decided since it’s really becoming obvious we are not getting good Google search terms other than “entre coupon”, we are going to start bloggin’ about every freakin’ page you buy and tag it like crazy.

I was wondering what the reverse funnel system was and I see it everywhere on the web. Although I haven’t bought their $50 offer to get started, I just find it kind humorous that Ty Coughlin comes to One Buck Wiki. Anyways, check out the site and don’t blame me if you don’t make a million bucks but do blame me if you do.

P.S. God, this Ty Coughlin is everywhere! They must have some marketing stuff we can learn at least… Look at John Chow’s blog, their Ty Coughlin everywhere there too!

His site?  It’s ramblings from a Dot Com Mogul, really good.  That’s where we get more than half of our new ideas.  Definite read must and staying on the Top Commentator list will make you alert to what’s going on with the latest money making strategies online.  You can also check out our Zedomax.Biz blog/social network that’s in incubation beta stage.

We suggest you write about it if you are a blogger. Why not?

Today is Blog Action Day and all bloggers on the blogsphere are being asked to write about the things bloggers can do to help the environment.

I thought about the things I could do as a blog owner and came up with a stuff like not leaving the computers on 24/7 (which I do) and getting

That’’s right, you can even treat your page as your address on the internet.   Some people have bought their names apparently.  It’s a very good idea as the earlier you invest in our new company, the more value and more PageRank power you get from being there from the start.
