We have really shot ourselves on the foot for last 12 hours or so. Our server kept stalling because we thought it was some kind of DoS (Denial of Service) attack. It turns out our latest feature GoogleMaps settings were goofy and we fixed it so our serve is humming again.

On the positive note, we did all kinds of optimizations to the server due to our thinking that this was a DoS attack. It seems like the server is running much faster now. It’s also good thing we took care of this small OOPs before our ad goes out tomorrow on JohnChow.com.
