Hi everyone,

One Buck Wiki pages will soon start selling like hotcakes and value will rise. We’ve extended our page sales (at only 1 dollar) until SiteHoppin’ takes off a little more.

FYI, SiteHoppin’ will become the traffic fuel for One Buck Wiki very soon, we are working through the weekend, 80+ hours per week in our penthouse apartment in San Francisco, California.

You can check out our new “wiki” creation, SiteHoppin’. It’s a free site for finding new cool sites or you can even promote your website as we send free traffic to all the websites submitted there.

We have been a little quiet here due to all our efforts being thrown at SiteHoppin so hopefully we will be able to get back to improving more of the One Buck Wiki’s features.

On the bright note, SiteHoppin’ just hit 10K on Alexa. Thanks for everyone who has kept supporting our little apartment start-up in SF. :)

Also check out our new Drunk Blog on SiteHoppin’. (You must be over 18 to enter!)

We will be raising prices of pages to $20 once One Buck Wiki’s traffic picks up a little bit later down the road so we will keep you updated! :)

Here’s a fun new contest that will help you promote your pages and win 20 free pages!

Here’s how it works:

1. You must first own a page. (You have be a page owner)

2. Go to John Chow’s blog or John Cow’s blog and comment a lot with URL linked to one of your pages such as http://onebuckwiki/Money.

3. If you show up on John Chow’s or John cow’s Top Commentator List for more than 24 hours, you win 20 free pages. (And you just got a site-wide backlinking to your pages!)

If you don’t own a page, you can go buy one right now and receive 20 free ones by simply commenting a lot on John Chow or John Cow’s blog.

BTW, there no limit for how many people or how many pages you can win.  For example, if you show up on both John Chow and John Cow’s Top Commentators lists, you will win 40 free pages!  If 5 people win, each of the five people will win free pages!
(The only requirement is that you can only win up to 40 free pages per page owner.)

PWIGG

Our first web experiment did boost our traffic to something like 7,000 unique visitors per day but we found it had no effects on Alexa rankings. Instead of sending traffic, we are moving onto our new web experiments.

First, we have created a new site for page-owners of all paid wiki sites including Million Dollar Wiki, Million Euro Wiki, One Buck Wiki, and Five Dollar Wiki. We will be adding more sites of course in the near future but you can now go to Pwigg.com and submit your pages and vote on them. Although we are still working on the site graphics, you can submit your pages while we are making the site more enjoyable.

Sencond, we are going to be featuring individual pages on Zedomax.com, which has a good amount of power to boost all pages to first page on Google.

With these two changes, we should see immediate increase in Google search terms to the One Buck Wiki in the next 2 weeks.
