OneBuckWiki RSS for New pages and recent changes!
Published October 25th, 2007 in New Features, OBW News, RSS.
Yey, we’ve just added RSS support for recently sold pages and recently changed pages.
What does this do for you?
Well, first, everytime we have a new page, we will be pinging your new pages all over the blogsphere using Feedburner.
Second, everytime you change your page, it will be pinged all over the blogspere. Also, it helps us track who’s working on their pages so we know who to feature on our homepage.
So What?
Well, the more changes you make to your pages, the more your pages will be visible to the world, blogsphere, and ultimately, the search engines.

Here’s some ways you can also mess with the RSS:
http://onebuckwiki.com/Special:WikiFeeds/rss/recentuserchanges/user/Max - ATOM 1.0 feed for recent changes by user Max
Simply change Max to your user name to keep track of your changes only.
Tip: Goto Feedburner and burn your user feed if you want more exposure for your pages. We will have instructions on this coming soon.
http://onebuckwiki.com/Special:WikiFeeds/rss/recentcategorychanges/category/Advertising - RSS feed for recently changed articles in the Advertising category.
You can track the latest changes in categories using the syntax above but change Advertising to whatever category you wish to see. We will have more update on all the categories soon.
P.S. We are also currently working on RSS feeds for each individual page. You will be able to create an RSS or Atom feed for your page(s). Watch out! ![]()

Hey great work on the constant improvements and rss subscription. Also thanks for the mention in the blog. I see a ton of pages that could really use some content. Great to see the growth of the site daily.
Thanks Josh! I think a lot of our page-owners and future page-owners will be able to use your service to make an impact.
I will be updating the homepage soon so you will be featured!
Yeah, I am not sure but RSS could be a big factor for SEO especially most Wikis do lack RSS. I think MDW should put one on too.
Here’s the plugin:

Cool thanks I will take a look into it.
